After so many years cooking in restaurants, in 2020 I made a metamorphosis, a change that I am enjoying in freedom, working as a personal chef fully connected to the values of sustainable gastronomy. Fresh food, from the countryside and the sea, cooked and served at your home or the place of your choice, to enjoy in intimacy with your loved ones the experience of a chef at home. Adapted to your taste, and in the format you want, but always with nature very present.
In nature and biodynamics is the origin of my cuisine, I collect wild flowers, buds and fruits of the environment to transfer the beauty of the landscape of the Empordà to my recipes, creating with them a tasty and fresh edible postcard in each dish.
