Enjoy a gastronomic menu in your home or vacation accommodation…

Do you have the soul of a host and would like to seduce your guests at home with an elegant gourmet dinner or lunch? I propose an exclusive gastronomic experience, where to surprise and enjoy, without worrying about the preparation, the assembly or the cleaning of the kitchen. Choose the menu and we adapt it to your preferences and environment. Two hours before the meal we will be at your home, cooking and organizing every detail, so that the gastronomic experience at your home will be remembered by your guests as a unique experience.

My services as well as my gastronomic proposals are cooked in a sustainable way, in symbiosis with the environment, taking advantage of natural resources and what nature generously offers us. Respecting the environment and the people who work the land in an ecological and responsible way.

Menus can be adapted according to allergies and intolerances at the time of booking.

For young children I can offer them what they like the most and according to their food preferences. Macaroni, grilled fish, breaded meat, sirloin steak, rice with tomato…
The price of the ration will be added to the cost of the budget.

The menus do not include wines, usually the family buys the wines directly from the wine store or winery they trust. If I want to include wines on the menu, I have a short list of wines produced by local wineries and people.
You can also extend the experience with a wine pairing, in charge of my collaborating sommeliers of the DO Empordà.

To formalize the reservation, half of the total amount must be paid by bank transfer. The rest is paid 5 days before the meal.

The home chef service for up to 10 people costs 105€/hour (chef and assistant service), always counting two hours before the meal.
Example: 11am arrival – 1pm menu service – 4pm pick up, tidy and clean, recycle.
If the meal is for more than 10 people, extra staff will be hired and should be included in the budget.

For orders outside the Empordà, the round-trip costs are added to the invoice (the cost of the mileage, journey and hourly rate of the trip, the same rate as the chef’s service).

The price does not include crockery and kitchen utensils. It will be served with the same tableware of the house. If this is not available, the cost of renting the tooling company will be included in the quotation.

For long stays of daily contracting, simple and healthy menus can be customized to suit the client and the family.
